Only what you choose to give us. When you fill out a form — a meeting request, or the "Become a Member" question — we receive your name, email, business, and whatever you write to us. If you become a member, your project information lives in your private portal.
To talk with you and do the work you've asked for. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Only the people it takes to run Winter Solutions and serve you — our team, and the trusted services we use to store data and run the site (our database provider). We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your information is kept in a secured database. Member data is isolated — one member can never see another member's project, files, or messages. We don't use tracking cookies or store your data in your browser; logging in creates a secure session so you stay signed in.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — reach us here and we'll take care of it. These rights apply whether you're in the United States or Canada.
If we update this page, we'll change the date above. If we ever make a meaningful change to how we handle your information, we'll say so plainly.
